Real estate teams at Compass operate in distinct models — each with different structures, roles, and collaboration patterns. As the platform grew, both agents and internal teams needed a clearer picture of how these models worked and how to navigate them effectively.

I designed visual ecosystem maps and accompanying workflow diagrams for three core team structures — Rainmaker, Partner, and Expansion — to clarify roles, relationships, and day-to-day workflows. These assets were used to train agents on how their team model operated and to help internal teams across product, brokerage, and operations develop a shared understanding of the platform ecosystem.
