Compass Teams Ecosystem

To make the platform more effective, we restructured how our teams operate. This initiative aimed to illustrate — both internally and externally — how these teams collaborate across different agent team models. We created visual workflows and held several sessions to share and explain them, helping teams in the brokerage and internally better understand the new structure.
