I founded and run Spark Speaks, a monthly speaker series at Compass bringing voices from art, design, and technology to inspire our design team. 12+ sessions in, I source speakers, manage all logistics, and facilitate the Q&A conversations.

The idea came from a simple belief: the best design thinking doesn't happen in a vacuum. I wanted to infuse the team with outside inspiration and shake up our day-to-day thinking, bringing in perspectives from beyond the product world to spark new ideas and approaches.
