Hello I am Amanda and I thrive on problem solving and making people's lives easier with creative, innovative solutions.
I have collaborated with both small and large businesses in design problem solving. I use my skills to develop print and marketing collateral, high end user focused websites, online tools and design systems for companies such as Compass, Liberty Mutual Insurance, T.Rowe Price, Cornerstone Healing, The Yale School of Management, Metlife, AT&T and Compass Real Estate.
I use my foundation knowledge of visual design, patterns and systems combined with observations of people and user centered design thinking to create the ideal experience. When I'm not at work, I'm in a home full of makers. I'm the resident herbalist and chef. My husband is a goldsmith who teaches and makes bespoke jewelry, and my children lately are constantly experimenting with Rube Goldberg machines. There is never a dull moment and it keeps me on my toes!
